Amarajeevi Potti Sri Ramulu Nellore District

Banks have been gearing up to appoint Business Correspondents (BC), to work as their agents in villages with less than 2,000 population, as per the guidelines related to financial inclusion programme of Reserve Bank of India.

Bank authorities have identified 226 remote villages in SPSR Nellore district, that are not covered by banks and allotted them to different banks. They have been gearing up to hire business correspondents, from retired employees belonging to the village, after verifying their antecedents.
